Climate Action

MOTION -- I MOVE that the matter of the PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a climate action and adaptation plan into the City's General Plan, and related matters. Item #25 on today’s Council Agenda  (CF 22-1566) be AMENDED to add the following instruction:

• INSTRUCT the Board of Public Works (Climate Emergency Mobilization Office) and City Administrative Officer (CAO) to include in this report an analysis of adopting a Climate Action and Adaptation Plan into the City's General Plan, including benefits, costs, drawbacks, and potential alternatives.
