The COVID-19 pandemic has been accompanied by extraordinary acts of generosity and support. Nowhere is this more apparent than in CD2.Councilmember Krekorian has been moved by the myriad ways in which our community has stepped up to assist people in need, including hungry seniors, students having to learn from afar, or families lacking critical supplies.
Volunteers of all ages have made themselves available for hours at a time, weekends and holidays as well, to come to the help of neighbors and strangers.
As Councilmember Krekorian has noted before, we will get through this. In the meantime, he urges us to salute these selfless men and women who in their kindness toward others model the best of humanity.
