LA Prepares for Strong Winds and End of Daylight Savings

LOS ANGELES - A change in weather is bringing strong winds across Southern California. The LA Fire Dept. is urging residents to use caution with flame, heat and spark producing equipment, including vehicles, barbecues and power tools.Strong winds can increase the dangers of wildfires.
