Metro Seeks Input on NoHo Red Line Station Development

NORTH HOLLYWOOD - Metro has started the process of creating guidelines to develop four parcels of land around the North Hollywood Red Line Station, the busiest stop outside of downtown Los Angeles.The agency is seeking community input to develop the 15.6 acres of space, originally acquired during the construction of the Red Line and adjacent Orange Line busway. As part of the plan, Metro will also ask for 2,000 parking spaces for transit riders to be included in the project scope.The four parcels are the largest amount of property near one station for a Metro joint development. Metro is hosting two events, a community meeting and an open house, in NoHo to discuss the project:
