New Neighborhood Crosswalk on Lankershim Blvd.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD - Community partners and neighborhood leaders joined Councilmember Krekorian to cut the ribbon on a new rectangular rapid flashing beacon crosswalk at the intersection of Lankershim Boulevard and Emelita Avenue.Councilmember Krekorian worked with Robertson Honda, the LAPD North Hollywood Division and the LA Department of Transportation to install the new crosswalk. It will improve pedestrian safety at this busy intersection, which is also adjacent to nearby Tiara Street Park and Recreation Center, Sendak and New Horizons elementary schools and In-N-Out Burger.
