LADWP offers incentives and rebates on a wide variety of water-saving upgrades that you can use to reduce your water bill. These include turf replacement rebates at $1.75 per square foot, rain barrel rebates at $100 per barrel, $100 rebates for ultra-low flow toilets, $300 rebates for high-efficiency clothes-washers, and various rebates on high-efficiency faucets and shower-heads.
