The Second Council District stretches from Toluca Lake to the edge of Verdugo Mountain Park in Sun Valley, and includes neighborhoods in North Hollywood, Studio City, Sun Valley, Toluca Lake, Valley Glen, Valley Village and Van Nuys. It is a diverse district, rich in history, and home to 260,065 Angelenos and 96,059 households.
