CD 2 Neighborhood Council Community Beautification Program
The Neighborhood Council Community Beautification Program (NCCIG) is a matching grant awarded to Neighborhood Councils located within the boundaries of Los Angeles City Council District #2 to fund neighborhood beautification projects.
