The Los Angeles Housing Department and the Emergency Management Department offer valuable information and resources for those who have been impacted by the January 2025 windstorm and fires and are in need of assistance.

Report Fallen Trees and Power Outages

Under current conditions, LADWP customers experiencing outages should expect crews to respond between 24-48 hours from the time the outages are reported. Restoration of outages may take longer.
